Carta de Yeni Alexandra Delgadillo Padrinos: Matias and Ursula Heller

Matias and Ursula Heller

Dear Godparents:

I would like to send you a warm greeting and I hope that you are well and in company of your family.

After this greeting, I would like to tell you that this year I finished my studies at school with excellent grades. The day of my graduation I was very happy, and I was able to share the happiness with my family. I also want you to know that my family and I are very thankful for the help that you have given me because without it, it would not have been possible for me to finish school.

I also want you to know that I would like to continue studying at University, so I can become a better person. As of right now, I am taking some tests for SENA (national service of education) in my city so I can study there.

Everyone in my family is well thanks god. My mother works washing clothes for people and my father is still harvesting in a farm so he can support the family. My sister Lina works in a clothing store and she is saving some money so she can afford studying. My brother Jorge is doing his mandatory military service and he wants to do the police officer course.

At the YMCA everyone is doing very well, and they have supported me a lot and helped me with everything I need.

On the other hand, I would like to tell you that we are enjoying the Christmas time and the weather is pretty cold but in spite of it we are very happy about it. As it is a tradition here, we decorate the tree and make the nativity scene representation looking forward to celebrate the birth of Jesus and the beginning of a new year.

My dearest godparents, the moment to say goodbye has come, but before I do so, I would like to thank you one more time for your help and support. I am sure that god will reward you for all what you have done for me.

I hope this New Year is full of blessings for you and your loved ones.

I love you very much.

Yours truly,

Yeni Alexandra Delgadillo
